Alaaaaaaaaaaaa.malu nak tulis target diet..takut tak jadi. Mesti kene gelak habis-habisan dengan my family..tapi tak pe. Ni just target. Tak semestinye jadi ok? Tapi I will try my best. Ni bukan main2.hehehe…asal ada usaha sudey :P


My target…

Target lost per day = 0.17kg
Target lost per week = 1.19kg

Exercise time daily = morning = 15 min (up the hill)
= evening = 15 min (down hill)
= afternoon = 10 min (firm surface)

Calories allowed/day = 672-677 kcal in
Calories need to be burnt/day = 132 kcal out


Water intake/day = 2L (1 mug = 220 mL)

My current water intake =1.26L

Banana – 107 cal/piece
Grapes – 50 cal / 100g
Kiwi – 34 cal/piece
Lychee – 3 cal/piece

Milk – 175cal (1 cup)
