Tak pe, usaha tangga kejayaan. Start slowly, get my pace, then I will increase my walking speed. Tak yah beli tram ticket. Jimat duit.
My major problem is craving for food. Sangat susah. Sometimes, after I had my lunch, I will snack. Macam makan lunch tu tak cukup kenyang.
Tak pe tak pe. I just want to lose 5 kg in 3months. I give myself ample of time to do it cause I don’t want to have drastic lost of weight.
I have chatted with mrsimran yesterday and she said craving for food is because of high spike of sugar in blood. To overcome that, I should snack with low GI bar, and since I am on tight budget, I can cut the bar into pieces and have bits by bits each time I crave for food. Great idea huh?

Wish me luck. Ni serious, bukan main2 ni. Hehehe… i will also record my progress here as often as I can. :P even kalau naik pun. *kecewa.
